[Risolto] Orologio si aggiorna dopo qualche minuto

Ciao a tutti,
negli ultimi giorni ho il seguente problema: una volta avviato il pc occorrono parecchi minuti prima che l'orologio del pc si "aggiorni" all'ora esatta "presa da internet". Diciamo che il problema non è così grave se non fosse che alcuni siti (tra cui google) non mi permettono di navigare.

Qualche idea?

Guarda io avevo un problema simile, e mi si è risolto cambiando la batteria della MB..

Toh, Bubz! Da tanto che manchi sul forum.
Forse è vero che il tuo computer ha una forte deriva. Poi s'ha da vedere nel journal perché ntp.service ritarda tanto.

Ciao, diciamo che non scrivo ma leggo sempre. Sono sempre presente! :)

Come dice anche Deimoss, è vero che ho la batteria della mainboard scarica ma fino a qualche giorno ma "all'apparizione del desktop" l'orologio si aggiornava da solo.

C'è di strano che il journal va dal 7 Ottobre e salta al 30 Novembre.
Prova a leggere il wiki. Sebbene nel tuo caso il tempo si recupera, ma con vistoso skew.

C'è di strano anche che all'avvio l'orologio indica un orario ragionevole.
Questo non è compatibile con l'esaurimento della batteria, che in genere provoca il ritorno del clock all'ora 'zero'.
Bisognerebbe capire se il problema è davvero causato dalla batteria.
E' un portatile o un desktop?
Va lasciato spento per una notte.
Poi al primo avvio, invece di Linux bisogna entrare nel BIOS e verificare il clock.

Ho risolto così:

nel file /etc/ntp.conf

ho sostituito i nomi dei server da:

server 0.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 1.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 2.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 3.pool.ntp.org iburst

a

server 0.fr.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 1.fr.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 2.fr.pool.ntp.org iburst
server 3.fr.pool.ntp.org iburst

Con i nuovi server si aggiorna "quando deve farlo"!

Potresti anche aggiungere in cima alla lista i server italiani, magari sono più veloci.
Oppure provi a pingare.
