Buonasera, in questi giorni ho reinstallato Arch Linux con GNOME sul netbook EEE PC 900A.

Appena accendo il netbook e vado, ad esempio, su chromium e digito qualcosa (non so se accade sempre ma spesso) mi torna di botto al login. E non è l'unica situazione: mi è successo poco fa anche con Pidgin.. apro una conversazione, digito, premo Invio e torna al login.

Ho dedotto che probabilmente è un problema di GNOME.. ma prima avendo Ubuntu 10.04 installata non mi era mai successo perciò non capisco..

Altro dettaglio: dopo esser tornato al login e dopo essermi riloggato non lo fa più.

mi sa che servirebbe al meno il log di xorg per iniziarci a capire qualcosa (/var/log/Xorg.0.log)

Avvia gdm con questo metodo e i crash dovrebbero sparire. Di questo si è già parlato più e più volte nel forum.
La causa della maggior parte dei problemi di un computer si trova tra la tastiera e lo schienale della sedia.
